City Currents Magazines

City Currents is distributed by the City of Des Moines to every mailing address and PO Box. As you can see, both the frequency, design and content have varied a good deal over the years.

Here are scans of (almost) all issues going back to 1990. Not all of it is exactly ‘news’ but still you can learn a lot about the City’s history here. Plus  it’s a fun way to look back at where the City has been.
