That said, I want to make it clear that when you are communicating with me via this web site or via any of my official email or social media channels or when you talk to me about anything having to do with official City business, you are talking to a public official. Which means that any individual communications of any kind are open to a public records request under State Of Washington law. Not trying to scare anyone off. Just telling you that when it comes to City business, there’s no such thing as all that “keep this just between us” jazz.
And by the way, that suits me just fine. 🙂
