Looking west to Overlook I (the end of 223rd) from Sixth Ave. On your left is South Shore Condos. The Marina Steps would be allow you to walk down from here via that wind-y path under those condos. Underneath the bike path? There’s the huge storm water system which leads out to where we started. That would be the ‘bioswale’. ie. the stormwater flow would be exposed in an attractive way which would look like an ‘urban creek’.
