- Comments posted in response to a Councilmember-initiated communication may be subject to public disclosure under chapter 42.56 RCW, the Public Records Act.
*Disclaimer (see what I did there? It’s a disease.) I actually agree with providing all of the above. In fact, I consider their presence to be essential. It’s the rest of the Protocol Manual I object to. 🙂
